About us

Woodlands Senior Transport began with one simple but powerful idea: no one should have to face the challenges of getting to and from medical appointments without the right support by their side.


Our founder, a Licensed Paramedic, spent over 15 years in emergency response — seeing people at their most vulnerable and keeping them safe in critical moments. 


But in between those emergencies, he saw something else: seniors trying to navigate healthcare on their own, patients leaving appointments unsure of what was said, and families worrying because they couldn’t be there in person.


We knew there had to be a better way.


Woodlands Senior Transport  was built to bring the calm, skill, and vigilance of experienced paramedics into everyday healthcare journeys — not just during emergencies. 


From the moment we arrive at your door until you’re safely home again, our role is to watch over your safety, support your comfort, and make sure you’re never left wondering what comes next.


And as our team grows, one thing will never change: every person who wears our name is held to the same high standard of professionalism, compassion, and readiness that inspired this company from day one.

Prepared for the Unexpected

While our services are non-emergency, your driver is a licensed paramedic trained to respond quickly if the unexpected happens. Under Texas Good Samaritan laws, he can provide life-saving aid until 911 arrives — giving you confidence that you’re always in good hands.

Medical Concierge Transport

Safe, comfortable, door-to-door transport with a licensed paramedic


Includes:


  • Door-to-door assistance (from inside home to vehicle & into facility)
     
  • Licensed  Paramedic monitoring throughout the trip
     
  • Pre- and post-appointment vitals (BP, pulse, oxygen, glucose if needed)
     
  • Safe return home with same level of care
     
  • Optional pharmacy stop after appointment
     
  • Licensed  Paramedic monitoring throughout the trip
     

Pricing:

  • $125 for first hour (includes up to 15 miles round trip)
     
  • $3 per additional mile beyond 15 miles
     
  • $30 per additional half hour after first hour
     

Medical Advocacy Add-On

Your clinical companion inside the appointment


Includes everything in Medical Concierge Transport PLUS:


  • Pre-appointment planning — help prepare a list of questions
     
  • In-room support during the appointment
     
  • Asking clarifying questions with your permission
     
  • Taking detailed notes
     
  • Explaining provider instructions in plain language afterward
     
  • Providing a written or verbal recap to family (with your consent)
     

Add-On Price:

  • +$50 flat fee per appointment
